The single terminal airport is a small facility, handling around 60 flights a week, most of which are domestic.
Passengers should not expect terminal facilities that are comparable with major international terminals. However, the facilities that are available are sufficient for an airport of its size.

A tourist information desk is situated just outside the Arrivals Hall and the staff there are on-hand to answer queries on a variety of topics such as hotels, attractions and transport.
Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
The airport offers a very small selection of shops. At Stechers, passengers will find gifts, while Zoom Caribbean and Shore Things Boutique offer an array of clothing. There is also a souvenir shop, a newsagent's and a duty-free outlet for those traveling to an international destination.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
For dining and refreshments, there are a small number of options. Passengers can choose from Pelican Reef, Rituals Coffee House, Vie de France Coffee House or the Royal Castle.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
An ATM operated by the Republic Bank can be found in a small kiosk, located to the left of one of the snack bars. There is also a small banking facility also operated by the Republic Bank.
Business and Conference Facilities
There are no business or conference facilities available at the airport and passengers requiring such services are advised to check whether their intended hotel provides the necessary amenities. Alternatively, the nearby Crown Point Beach Hotel has guaranteed conference facilities and Internet connection.

Passengers with special needs are advised to call the airport ahead of their arrival to ensure that their needs are met.
